Diana joined KCO from a background in life sciences, strategy consulting and emerging markets private sector development. Previously, she was with Battelle Ventures, focusing on early- and seed-stage investments in biotechnology, health care, renewable energies, environmental management, IT and computing technologies. She has also worked for the biotechnology investments group of the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank and for McKinsey & Company, advising clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, high technology, consumer goods/retail, financial services, logistics and public health sectors. Diana earned a B.A. in Biological Sciences from Harvard University, an MBA and an MA in International Affairs from Columbia University, and her Ph.D. in Structural Biology and Biochemistry from Cornell University.
